Welcome to Troop 4 in Munhall, Pennsylvania!
Founded in 1919 and officially chartered with the Boy Scouts of America on March 18, 1920, Troop 4 is proud to be one of the oldest scouting troops in the Pittsburgh area. We’re a part of the Eagle Valley District within the Laurel Highlands Council, which also serves as our chartering organization.
Troop 4 welcomes scouts from across the Steel Valley, and the 31st Ward neighborhoods, including Munhall, Homestead, West Homestead, Whitaker, Lincoln Place, New Homestead, Hays, Dravosburg, Duquesne, and other nearby communities.
Whether you’re new to scouting or looking to continue your journey, we invite you to join us in fostering leadership, adventure, and community spirit!
Troop 4 is looking to turn the youth of today into the "LEADERS" of tomorrow.
We are always accepting new scouts anytime.
Meetings are typically held on Monday evenings from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. EST. Our troop meetings are normally held at Homestead Park United Methodist Church.
